Booking with GloTheory confirms your acknowledgment of the policies below. Please review them before securing your appointment.
25% Booking Deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. Deposits are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be credited to another appointment.
Cancellations
You may cancel your appointment, but the original 25% deposit remains non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future appointment. A new booking and new 25% deposit are required for any future appointment.
No Rescheduling
Existing appointments are not transferred to a new date or time. If you need a different appointment, cancel the original appointment and make a new booking. The original deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable.
Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will have a $10 late fee added to the remaining balance. The service may be shortened or modified to protect the next appointment.
No-Shows
Clients arriving 30 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time are considered a no-show and the appointment will be canceled. There is no additional no-show fee; however, the 25% booking deposit is forfeited.
Refunds
Completed skincare services are non-refundable. Individual skincare results vary and no specific result is guaranteed. Please contact GloTheory promptly with any concern following treatment so appropriate guidance can be provided.
If GloTheory Cancels
If GloTheory must cancel your appointment due to circumstances on our end, you may choose a full refund of the deposit or have the deposit applied to a replacement appointment.
Service Suitability
Requested services and enhancements remain subject to professional assessment. GloTheory may modify, postpone, decline, or discontinue a service when necessary for client safety, contraindications, professional boundaries, or treatment suitability.
